I am a 62 year old builder with over 40years experience, but as I get older, I realised at the speed I build I would not finish the whole site.
I have therefore decided to sell 2 plots for now.
As I intend to build on plots 3 & 4 this year.
I am going to sell the next 2 plots. them being plots 5 & 6.
The asking price will be £65,000 for plot 6 and £55,000 for plot 5
This price includes full services, IE gas water and electric ( valued at about £15,000).
That means you could build a house like No 2 for £135,000 all in. making you £90,000
If you want one, a non-returnable deposit for £1,000 will be required, the balance being due 6 weeks later ( enough time for solicitors to complete your purchace)
